INGREDIENTS
Redgram dal- 2 cups
Pepper - 8 to 10
Red chillies 4
Salt to taste
METHOD
Dry roast the redgram dal, pepper and red chillies and grind along with salt to a coarse powder.
Mix with rice and serve.
This powder can be stored in an air-tight container for a month.
